Nora Lee Wright

February 28, 2012 - March 21, 2012 Nora Lee Wright, of Franklin County and Charlottesville passed away Wednesday morning, March 21, 2012 in her mother's loving arms at the NICU of Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where she was born in February. Nora, whose given name means "light", shone brightly in her brief stay, spreading love and joy to all the lives she touched. Left to carry that light forward in her memory and honor are her parents Heather Lee Shepherd Wright and Kristopher George Wright as well as her twin brother Colin George Wright, maternal grandparents Walter and Ruby Shepherd, paternal grandparents Larry and Gail Wright, great grandmother Myrtle Wright, uncle Kevin Gruver, aunt Katie Wright, and many more great aunts and uncles, cousins, and family members. Nora's bright blue eyes will shine down on all who share their love with others. Funeral services will be conducted from Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel 4 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012. Nora’s family will receive friends Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, Route 220 at Wirtz Road, Rocky Mount.
