Pamela Faye Thornhill

Pamela Faye Thornhill, age 63 of Rocky Mount, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2023.  She is preceded in death by her mother Patricia Ramey of Bassett and father Henry "Pete" Amos of Rocky Mount, VA.  She is survived by her daughter Tomi Jo Thornhill (TJ); TJ’s father Tommy Thornhill (TJ's father and Pam's life long best friend); sister Teresa Amos; niece Brittany Amos (Life Partner, Ashley Buck); nephew Christopher Amos “Kalen” (Girlfriend April Nichols); great nieces Jayden and Ashlynn Amos; great nephew Reagan Amos; and special friends she loved very dearly; Tyler Shively who was her adopted grandson; Nacole Burrell who was her adopted daughter; Her fur babies as well.   Pam is loved by many and will be missed dearly.  A memorial service will be held 6:00 p.m. Friday at Henry Fork Church of the Brethren with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating.
