Patricia Catron Hall Wilkinson went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on April 28, 2020, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Wayne Hall; parents, Caroline Wright Catron and Melvin Eugene Catron; and brother, Lynwood Eugene Catron. Patricia is survived by her husband, Walter Allan Wilkinson; two stepdaughters, Shana Wilkinson and Sasha Wilkinson; sister-in-law, Gaila Catron; brother-in-law, Stephen Hall, Sr. (Kathy); aunt, Clara Wellons; four nephews, Geoffrey Catron (Joy), Ashley Catron (Rita), Merlyn Catron (Jenni), and Stephen Hall, Jr. ; a niece, Lori Christmas (Mike); and many other relatives and friends, including a special cousin, Rose Lee Duncan (Harold).
Patricia was born on August 27, 1941, in Roanoke, Virginia, and died on April 28, 2020, at her home in Volcan, Panama, where she and her husband Walter lived for the past eight years. She was a devoted Christian since early childhood, held many church offices, and was a church pianist and organist since she was a teenager. Patricia retired from Mattern and Craig in 2005 after 25 years service.
Entombment was in Cerra Punta, Panama.
A Celebration of Patricia's Life will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home & Crematory, 62 VA Market Place Drive (Route 220 @ Wirtz Road) Rocky Mount, VA with The Reverend Melanie Franklin officiating.
