Paul Cleveland Eames

Paul Cleveland Eames age 80 of Rocky Mount passed away at his home on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. He was born on April 16, 1937 a son of the late Paul Wilson Eames; his mother, Josie Violet Perdue Harper; his stepmom, Ida Lester Eames; and his half-brother, Jerry Eames. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Marlene Eames; his children, Lorrie Ellis (Darryl), and Wes Eames (Diane); his grandchildren, Rachael Ellis, Sarah Ellis, Jake Eames, Caroline Eames and Heidi Eames; sister, Josie Lisle (Ed); and brother, Woodrow Eames. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Pastor Truly Trammell officiating. Interment will follow in Story Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
