Paul A. St Clair, Sr. age 65 of Moneta, went to be with the Lord Friday, October 19, 2018. He was born January 24, 1953 to the late John Wesley St Clair and Nina Mills St Clair. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by bothers Calvin and Dennis St Clair; sister Elsie Reeves; and son Timothy Allen St Clair. Mr. St Clair served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing and gambling. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Joyce Perdue St Clair; children Paul A. “Buster” St Clair, Ricky Lee St Clair, Rebecca Jane Yopp (Jesse, his only son-in-law), Joseph Wayne “JoJo” St Clair; grandchildren Allen Lee Yopp, Brianna Nicole St Clair, Alicia Dawn St Clair, Hunter Aric Clark, Robert Eugene St Clair, Madelyn Gayle Yopp, Kristopher Michael St Clair, Tuesday Elizabeth St Clair, Xavier Lee St Clair, Jaxon Anthony Wayne Yopp; sister Linda Ward (Tom); brother John W. St Clair, Jr. (Dawn); mother-in-law Martha Perdue; special brothers-in-law Roger, Giles and David; his faithful companion Bernie Mac; many other family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted from Smith Mountain Lake Community Church of the Brethren 2 p.m. Monday with Rev. Steve Pasley and Pastor Ed Woodard officiating. Interment will follow in the Mitchell Family Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Smith Mtn Community Church of the Brethren.
