Phil George

Frank Phillip (Phil) George, age 53 of Penhook died Saturday, June 28, 2014 at his home. Phil was a man that loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, loved to go four wheeling and loved his family and his dog, Rocky. He was born August 24, 1960 a son of the late Frank and Cornealous Rigney George; two brothers, Billy and Robert George; and a sister, Julie George. Surviving are his son, Phillip George; and daughter, Ashley George; Five grandchildren, David, Destini, Kamora, Hailey and Amariana; special friend and companion, Donna English; brothers, Leland and Carroll George; sisters, Gayle Turner, Marsha Dent and Jo-Ann English. He also survived by many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be conducted from the George Family Cemetery, 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014. His family will receive friends at the graveside on Wednesday one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. and other times at Phil’s home.
