Rex Milton Meighen

Rex Milton Meighen, of Moneta, born November 21, 1950, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 25, 2016. He fought a courageous battle with esophagus cancer. Rex is survived by his wife, Paula, of 33 years; two daughters, Laura Lee and Michelle Hicks (Jason); and three grandchildren, Jacob, John, and Kelsey. He is also survived by his mother, Barbara; three sisters, Patty Claymon, Betsy Jones, and Kathy Tillis (Jon); one brother, Gary; along with many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Halesford Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Harris officiating.
