Richard was born on January 17, 1947 a son of the late Charles (Charlie) Lewis and Nellie Iliata Dillon and was also preceded in death by a brother, Raynard Dillon (Sarah Ann); and a brother-in-law, Lowell Wincel Jones.
He is survived by his children, Todd Dillon (Melissia), Jordan Dillon, Tina Bousman (Maynard Hayes); Grandchildren, Bradley Dillon and Ashley Kitzmiller, Amber and Matt Sigmon,
Amelia Bousman; Great grandchildren, Allison and Bryleah Sigmon; Brother, Jerry Dillon (Kathy); sister, Charlene Jones.
He is also survived by Nieces, Candis Hunt; Nephews, Steve McGuire (Nan), Michael McGuire (Denise), Jeff McGuire (David Hagelin), Scott Dillon and Robert Dillon; special friends, Roy Dent, Dale Pugh, Louie Kennett, Dante Colie, Dana Atkins, Robert Fair, Jr.; numerous extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Smithers officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 5 p.m.
