Shirley C. Crook

Shirley C. Crook born September 18, 1944 was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tillman Crook; son, David Crook; parents, Arzie and Susie Crum; brothers, Rufus, George and Jimmy Crum. Left to cherish her memory son, Bryan Young (Lisa); granddaughters, Bryana and Kelley Young; step grandson, Jeremy Janney; great grandchildren, Aiden, Avery and Constance Young, Bentley Abell; also close friends, David Pruitt and Kathy Woldridge; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Lynch Conner Bowman Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Tilley officiating. Interment will follow in the Crook Family Cemetery, Swelling Road, Ferrum, VA. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. before the service starts.
