Shirley Ruth Owen, age 87, of Rocky Mount passed away Sunday, December 7, 2014. She was born December 17, 1926 the daughter of the late Joseph Fletcher King and Elsie Marie McConnell. Surviving are her two daughters, Jeannette Domm of Rocky Mount, Diane Ruth Martin of Haddonfield, New Jersey; four Grandchildren; two Great-Grandchildren.
