Stanford Dillon

Stanford Gene Dillon, age 71, of Rocky Mount passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012. He was born April 15, 1941 the son of the late John Dillon and Mary D. Dillon. He was preceded in death by two sons, a grandson; a granddaughter and several brothers and one sister. Surviving are three sons, Terry Dillon, Tony Dillon, Tillman Dillon; three daughters, Tina Wheeler, Diane Keaton, Betty Jean Potter; three brothers, Nelson Dillon, Jimmy Dillon, Junior Dillon; sister, Sally Wilson; 18 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the Dillon Family Cemetery, Burnt Chimney with Rev. Denver Turner officiating.
