Stephen Eugene Smith

Stephen Eugene Smith, “Snuffy”, age 71 of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Steve was born in Roanoke, VA July 24, 1946 to the late Albert and Eoline (Gerry) Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Pat Mann. He served in the Air Force stationed in France, and Germany. Steve graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. He retired from Earl M. Jorgensen in 2000. Steve’s hobbies were reading, watching sports, golf, cooking and gardening. Surviving are his loving wife of 46 years, Glennis Tibbets Smith; Sons Duane and his wife Sarah from Huntersville, NC, and their children Tegan, Kalea, Bryn, Aiden and Levi, Son Justin and children Wade and Kapri; Sisters Marilyn Dean and Sandra Fox.
