Thomas Preston Scott

Thomas P. Scott, III, 70, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017. He was born January 3, 1947 the son of the late Thomas P. Scott, Jr. He was retired from DuPont Manufacturing and part owner and operator of Halesford Harbour Boat Rentals. Surviving are his wife, Beverly H. Scott; two daughters, Stephanie Hess (Ronnie Hess), Betsy Raghu (Dr. Deepak Raghu); two sons, Thomas P. Scott, IV (Monica Scott); Keith Wood (Trinie Dalton); mother, Flora Scott; two sisters, Marsha MacFarland, Sandra Scott (Mike Cunning); grandchildren, Victoria Moon (Rodney Moon), Elizabeth Scott, Olivia Scott, Arjuna Raghu, Surya Raghu, Pasha Raghu; mother-in-law, Dollie H. Hughes; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Conner Bowman Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
