Vickie L. Byers

Vickie Leigh Byers, age 59 of Franklin County passed away at her home on Sunday, July 10, 2022. Vickie was born on October 13, 1962, in Martinsville and was raised in Bassett. She is survived by her husband, Carl Byers; sons and daughters-in-law, Jonathan Thompson (Angela), and Terry "T.J." Thompson (Rona); her six grandchildren, Constance, Gabby, Caleb, Lilly, Dylan, Izabella, and one on the way, gender unknown; countless other children she took in through the years. She is also survived by her brother, Tommy Noe; and a very close friend of the family, Becky Cook. A celebration of her life will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Antioch Church of the Brethren with Pastor Andy Duffey officiating.
