Vivian Elaine Brown

Vivian (Vicky) Elaine Brown, age 60, of Rocky Mount, VA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Barbara Underwood of Roanoke, VA; and a special niece Shelly Ann Cox. Vicky is survived by her loving husband Wayne Brown, Jr.; daughter Angela Lynn Brown Hale (David); Son David Pearson Brown (Amber); two stepchildren Gary and Amanda; A very special granddaughter Samantha Hazel Kay Brown; two sisters Velda Solis (Gabriel), Lynn Underwood; step-sister Becky Sexton; three special friends Kathy Davis, Lashell Fink, and Ellen Frith; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eternal Hope Fellowship, 606 South Market Street, Salem, VA, Gills Creek Primitive Baptist Cemetery, 955 Greenway Road, Glade Hill, VA, 24092 or Charity of your choice. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home (Town Chapel) with Pastor David Rorer officiating. Interment will be held at Gills Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
