W. Maddox Jr.

Osel Wallace Maddox, Jr., of Callaway, Va, went to be with the Lord on September 15, 2017. He was received by his parents Pearl and Osel Maddox, Sr. and siblings Ray Maddox, Maxey Maddox and Jenny Maddox. Surviving are his daughters Emma M. Woods (Al) of Callaway and Debbie Maddox (Tim) of Madison Heights. He was blessed with nine grandchildren Felicia, Lauren, Timmy, Emily, Coty, Rose, James, Elizabeth and Allen; three great-grandchildren Spencer, Amber and Zane. Surviving siblings are Jimmy Maddox (Helen), David Maddox (Mary), Betty Murray and Minnie Ballard (Paul). A graveside service will be held at the family cemetery in Amherst, VA at 1:00. p.m. Monday. The family would like to give a special thank you to Carilion Hospice of Franklin County and Emma Agee Maddox for their care and kindness.
