Wanda Faye Perdue

Wanda Faye Perdue, age 61 of Rocky Mount passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017 at her home. She was employed with Ferrum College with many years of service. She was born on October 30, 1956 a daughter of the late James Buck and Pearl Maxey Perdue. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Junior Perdue, Sr.; and a son, A. J. Perdue, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Tracey Perdue (J.P. Knowles); son, Michael Perdue; grandchildren, Tyler Weaver, Alex Weaver, Mason Gregory and Eliana Knowles; brother, Lewis Perdue (Joyce); sister, Shirley Fisher (Richard); many other relatives and friends including her Ferrum College family. A memorial service celebrating her life will be conducted 3 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Mike Ferguson officiating.
