Warren T. Stanley

Warren T. Stanley age 76 of Ferrum died Friday, December 3, 2010. He was born to the late Claude D. and Leah Thompson Stanley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Lane and Charles Stanley and sister Nell Mullins. Warren was a US Navy veteran, having served his country in the Korean War. Surviving are his brother Lt. Colonel James Stanley, USAF Retired of Jekyll Island, GA ; sister Margaret Touchton of San Angelo, TX; many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted from the Republican Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery 11:00 a.m. Monday with Elder Junior Conner officiating. His family will be receiving friends from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Avenue, Rocky Mount.
