Wendy Gayle Thomas Foley

Wendy Gayle Thomas Foley, age 42 of Wirtz died Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at her home. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Dale Thomas; and her grandfathers, Clifford Taylor and Willie Thomas. Surviving Wendy are her husband, John Sorrell; son, Matthew Bennett; daughter, Saylor Foley Pruitt; mother, Patricia Taylor Stegall and husband, Calvin; sister, Alicia Thomas; one nephew, Ricky Norris; grandparents, Ollie Milne and Jewell Stone; a number of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted from Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Sunday, December 27, 2009 with Dr. Jackie Spence officiating. Interment will follow in the Taylor Family Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to your local SPCA.
