William Grover (Billy) Barbour

William Grover (Billy) Barbour, age 89, of Glade Hill, VA passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020. He was born November 6, 1931 in Callaway, VA. The son of the late Coley Lee and Mable Barbour. He was one of four children. He was preceded in death by two sons Ricky Lee Barbour, William Dale Barbour; brother, C. L. Barbour; grandson, Jason. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Beatrice Barbour; his two daughters, Robin (Bill) Powell, Sarah (Roland) Poindexter; son, Jimmy. Grandchildren, Faith (Travis), Jessica (Justin), Lindsey (Chris), Kaitlyn (Benji), Megan (Theodore), Joshua (Hannah), Marissa (Carter), Logan (B.J.), William. Numerous great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters, Barbara (Walter), Anne (J.W.). Special nephew, Chris Barbour and numerous other nephews and nieces. Private close family graveside services will be held at a later date. Flowers can be brought to the house and friends are welcome to stop by.
