Witchell Zane Hall

Witchell Zane Hall “Zeke” age 72 of Rocky Mount passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022. He was born May 21, 1949 a son of the late Raymond and Mary Ella Barbour Hall. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Berger and Betty Ann Chitwood Hall, George and Roxie Belle Mattox Barbour; brothers, Terry Michael Hall, Bobby Allen Hall (Sandra); sisters, Bernice Hundley (Oneal), Violet Marie Perdue(Wayne), Darnelle Ruth Garrett (Jimmy); brothers-in-law, Glenwood Hall, Larry Morris, and John Altice. Zeke retired from Ronile Inc. and is a member of Providence Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Linda Hall; sons, Sean Hall, Justin Hall (Liz); grandchildren, Brianna Hall, Kaley Hall, Christopher Hall, Jeremy Hall, Abby Hall, Maddox Hall, Bennett Hall; sisters, Nellice Dean Hubbard, Rita Margret Hall, Gayna Sue Altice, Patsy Ann Morris; several nieces and nephews; furbabies, Gracie & Bella. Special thanks to nurses Susan and Amanda for their care and compassion to our family. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favorite charity. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home (town chapel) with Pastor Eugene Chitwood and Chaplain Rick Poland officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday one hour prior to the service beginning at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
